During morning observations, QMHP-C observed the client displaying on task behaviors as evidenced by following directives provided by her teacher and positively engaging with peers. During midday observations, QMHP-C observed the client engaging with peers and dancing around the classroom during instructional period. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C observed the client regaining focus as evidenced by following rules set for the school and classroom setting during instructional period. QMHP-C greeted the client upon her arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C encouraged the client to make good decisions throughout the day. During Midday observations, QMHP-C redirected the client to her seat. QMHP-C engaged the client in discussion surrounding the importance of paying attention and following directives provided by her teacher. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C praised the client for completing her day achieving her goals. Upon arrival to the school setting, the client communicated that her morning was going well. The client responded well towards the interventions as evidenced by positive feedback and eye contact. During morning observations, the client communicated that she would have a good day. During midday observations, the client responded well towards redirection as evidenced by returning to her seat and completing task given by teacher. During afternoon observations, the client communicated that she had a good day.
